About the Role:
Join the Anytime Fitness team as a Cleaner in Paris, KY, where your efforts will help maintain a welcoming and pristine environment for our members. As a key player in our fitness community, you will contribute to the overall member experience by ensuring our facility is clean, safe, and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in all areas of the gym, including restrooms, fitness equipment, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked as needed.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy environment for members.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Launder towels, monitor supply and vending inventory, and other required items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries regarding cleanliness and facility usage.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and high cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to a scheduled cleaning routine to ensure all areas are consistently maintained.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
- Must pass a background check and adhere to company policies.
Work Hours:
Flexible, but primarily looking for someone that can do between 2-3 hours each weekday morning.
